A description of at least 20 words or 120 characters is enough; 10-19 words is short; fewer doesn’t count as a description. An image plus an adequate description passes; an image with a short description is a mostly partial pass; only one of the two is a half partial pass; neither fails. ### What the result page says These are the sentences in the test result; “…” is replaced by what we found on your site. - Passed The product data includes an image and a description of useful length (at least 20 words or 120 characters). - Partial The product data is missing: …. - Partial Product description is too short (… words); agents can’t answer questions about material, size or use. - Failed The product data has no image or description. ## How to fix it **Target:** JSON-LD carries a stable https image URL and an original description; og:image is set as well. ### Example code `"image": ["https://example.com/img/product-1.jpg", "https://example.com/img/product-2.jpg"], "description": "An original description with materials, size, use and care."` Example values (example.com, product name, price) are placeholders; replace them with your own. ### How to verify it yourself Check image (https URL) and description in the JSON-LD; add an og:image tag too. ### Fix it with an AI coding agent Paste this into Claude Code, Cursor or another coding agent working on your store’s code.
