# AI revenue-at-risk calculator

Estimate how much of your monthly revenue arrives through AI assistants and shopping agents: the channel a store agents can’t read misses. It runs in your browser; nothing you type is sent to us.

The calculator is one script file served from specoria.com (roi.js). It makes no network requests: what you type is calculated in your browser and gone when you close the tab.

ESTIMATE, NOT A PROMISE

Enter your monthly revenue, average order value, AI share and conversion rate to see the estimate.

This is arithmetic on your own numbers, not a measurement of your store and not a promise of revenue. The low end assumes AI-referred visitors convert like everyone else; the high end assumes they convert better by the uplift. Your revenue already includes these visitors, so the high end splits it between the two groups instead of adding the uplift on top, and it never exceeds your revenue. A store agents can’t read can miss this revenue; whether yours does depends on your store and your sector.

How it is calculated `low = monthly revenue × AI share
AI weight = AI share × (1 + conversion uplift)
high = monthly revenue × AI weight ÷ (100% - AI share + AI weight)
AI visits = revenue ÷ average order ÷ conversion rate × AI share
in 12 months = the same with AI share × (1 + yearly growth), at most 100%, on today’s revenue

Your revenue already includes AI-referred visits, so the high end is their slice of it, not revenue × (1 + uplift). At 0% uplift both ends are equal; at 100% AI share both equal your revenue.`
