1. What you agree to

I agree that Webtures Ltd (address: 494a Fulham Road, London SW6 5NH, United Kingdom; company no. 11948574 (England and Wales)) (“Specoria”) may send commercial electronic messages to my email address with news, reports, research, offers and event invitations about agentic commerce, AI shopping agents and Specoria products, under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the regulation of electronic commerce and its regulation on commercial communication.

For this purpose, I give my explicit consent (Law No. 6698 art. 5/1; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) to the processing of my name (if given), email address, company and sector, and my consent and delivery records, and to their transfer to the email service provider Resend (USA; sending from its EU region) to send these messages.

2. Consent is optional

  • Consent is not required; you don’t need it to get a report or to use the free test or the panel. The consent box on our forms is never pre-ticked.
  • Your consent is complete when, after ticking the box, you click the link in the email we send you (double opt-in). If you don’t click it, we send you no messages.
  • Confirming that you have read the privacy notice and giving this consent are separate; neither is a condition of the other.

3. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge: through the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every message, by writing to contact@specoria.com, or, in Türkiye, through the national Message Management System (IYS). We act on your request within 3 business days. Account and transaction messages (report ready, password reset, invoice and subscription notices) are not marketing and are sent regardless of consent.

4. Records and retention

We keep your consent, its date, the form and the version of the text you agreed to, and the double opt-in record; consents are registered in the Message Management System. Consent records are kept for 3 years after the consent ends. Your data protection rights and other details are in our privacy notice.

5. Messages to businesses

  1. Under Turkish law, messages about their business may be sent to merchants and tradespeople without prior consent; you can still refuse them at any time, and your refusal is also recorded in the Message Management System.
  2. Specoria’s messages show its legal name and company registration number, an unsubscribe link and contact details.
