Terms for buying Specoria plans and add-ons online through specoria.com and app.specoria.com.

Last updated: 8 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-08.2

1. The parties

Seller: Webtures Ltd (“Seller” or “Specoria”) · Address: 494a Fulham Road, London SW6 5NH, United Kingdom · Company no.: 11948574 (England and Wales) · VAT: [VAT number to be added] · Phone: [Phone number to be added] · Email: contact@specoria.com · Web: specoria.com

Buyer: the person or business with an account at app.specoria.com who buys a plan or add-on by choosing a buyer type (business or consumer) and accepting the documents on the payment step. The Buyer’s name, email and billing details are as given on that step.

2. Subject

The rights and obligations for the online sale and delivery of the Specoria plan (Starter, Growth) or add-on the Buyer chooses in the panel. The Terms of Service form part of these terms.

3. What the service is

  • Specoria is a software service (SaaS) that measures your store’s public pages (robots.txt, sitemap, product pages, structured data, policy pages, public product feed), turns findings into tasks with ready-made fix code and verifies fixes by re-measuring. The service is delivered online through the project panel at app.specoria.com.
  • Specoria never changes anything in your store without your approval and never places orders; the simulation agent stops at checkout. With the optional store connection, only the changes you approve one by one are written.
  • What each plan includes (monthly deep audit, number of agent simulations, expert support, number of competitors, etc.) is as stated on the pricing page and the panel’s “Plans” page at the time of purchase. Add-ons are listed with their prices in the panel.
  • How AI agents and answer engines behave is controlled by third parties. Specoria commits to honest measurement and reasonable care for its accuracy; it does not guarantee that agents will choose your store, an increase in sales or the “Agent-ready” level.

4. Price, payment and invoices

  • Starter: $149 a month or $1,490 a year. Growth: $449 a month or $4,490 a year (paying yearly, you pay for 10 months and use 12). Enterprise is sold by quote.
  • Prices exclude taxes. Any VAT or sales tax that applies to you is added, and the total including taxes is shown on the payment page before you pay. There are no delivery or other extra costs.
  • Introductory price: the first month of Starter (monthly) is $1 (plus tax). It applies only to a project’s first subscription; the list price applies from the second month.
  • Payment is taken by card through Stripe. Card details never reach Specoria; Stripe processes them directly. Each period is charged in advance at its start.
  • An invoice is issued separately from the payment with the details you give, as the law requires, and emailed to you within 7 days. The payment receipt Stripe sends is not an invoice.

5. Term and renewal

  • The contract runs for an indefinite term; the billing period is monthly or yearly, as the Buyer chooses. Until the Buyer cancels, each new period is charged in advance to the same card when the previous one ends; in that sense subscriptions renew automatically. For yearly billing we email a reminder before renewal.
  • If the Buyer is a consumer, they may end the contract at any time without giving a reason and without a penalty; termination takes effect within 7 days at the latest and nothing is charged after that.
  • If the list price changes, we email you at least 30 days in advance and the new price applies from the first renewal after that notice. You can cancel within that time to avoid it.

6. Delivery

  • Once payment is confirmed, the plan opens in the panel immediately; the service is delivered online at once. Recurring work such as the monthly deep audit and simulations is scheduled in the panel.
  • Add-ons open when payment is confirmed or when our team activates them; work that needs a person, such as an expert hour, happens on a date agreed with you.
  • We aim to provide the service without interruption until the end of the paid period; planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

7. Right of withdrawal

Business buyers: there is no right of withdrawal.

Consumers in the EU, the EEA or the UK: you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. Because you expressly ask, on the payment step, for the service to start immediately within that period, if you withdraw you pay a proportionate amount for the service provided until you told us, and we refund the rest within 14 days. You lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.

Consumers in Türkiye: the service is supplied electronically and immediately; once it starts at your express request, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15(1)(ğ) and (h)).

Other consumers: the mandatory consumer law of your country applies. How to withdraw and the model withdrawal form: Cancellation and Refunds.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in one click from the panel, the same channel you subscribed through; there is no minimum term or cancellation fee. After cancelling, your plan stays open until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. If you are a consumer and prefer to end the contract at once instead of at the end of the period, tell us by email; we refund the unused, prepaid part for the remaining days within 15 days.

9. Your obligations

  • Use Specoria in line with the Terms of Service, only for your own store or stores you are authorised to test.
  • Keep your account details and password safe; you are responsible for the team members you invite.
  • Give correct invoicing details and tell us when they change.

10. Liability

Except for intent, gross negligence and cases where mandatory law provides otherwise, Specoria’s liability under these terms is limited to the total amount the Buyer paid in the 12 months before the damage occurred. Specoria is not liable for indirect losses caused by outages of third-party services (AI models, the payment provider, hosting). Nothing here limits a consumer’s statutory rights.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in our privacy notice. For personal data processed on the Buyer’s behalf, the Data Processing Addendum applies.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring a claim in your local courts. For business buyers, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Caglayan) have jurisdiction.

13. Acceptance and records

The contract is formed when the Buyer confirms on the payment step that they have read the pre-contract information, these terms and the Terms of Service, and completes payment. The current version is published on this page; the accepted version and the time of acceptance are kept in the panel records, and a copy of the documents is sent with the welcome email as a durable record. Records of the pre-contract information, acceptance and withdrawal are kept for at least 3 years.
