Can an AI agent find your service and reach your contact or quote form?
People ask AI assistants for a clinic, a law firm, a contractor or an agency near them. Specoria checks whether those agents can read who you are, what you offer and how to reach you, and sends a real agent to your contact or quote form.
What an agent needs from a service site
- To reach the site at all: robots.txt and the security layer must let AI agents in.
- To know who you are: business name, address and service area in machine-readable form (schema.org Organization or LocalBusiness).
- To understand the offer: a readable page for each service, not only a list of headings.
- To compare: pricing information or a “how it works” page; starting prices are enough where you can share them.
- To act: an email address and phone number in the page, and a contact or quote form within one click of the home page.
What the free test measures on a service site
The free test recognises a service business from its home page. Checks that only make sense for an online store (cart, guest checkout, product feed and so on) are marked “not applicable” and leave the score; the checks below are measured instead, from your home page.
Service business checks
Checks shared with every site type
| Weight | |
|---|---|
| Search and user agents allowed (robots.txt) | 8 |
| Is bot protection open to agents? | 8 |
| Homepage readable without JavaScript | 5 |
| Sitemap | 2 |
| Can the homepage be indexed? | 2 |
| Currency and language | 2 |
The weights add up to 100, so a service site’s score sits on the same 0-100 scale as a store’s. None of the service checks is a critical blocker, because they are measured from the home page only. A check we couldn’t verify (for example because a page didn’t open) is shown as “couldn’t verify” and leaves the denominator; it never counts as zero.

What the agent simulator does on a service site
- A pre-check recognises the service site and adapts the task: the agent looks for the service the way a customer would.
- It goes as far as your contact or quote form and reads which details the form asks for.
- It types nothing into the form and never sends it; no message reaches you from our agents.
- It stays on the domain you enter and doesn’t follow links to other domains.

What we don’t claim
- We don’t read your CRM, calendar or booking tool; we only look at your public website.
- We don’t publish industry averages for service businesses: we only show a figure once we have measured enough service sites ourselves, with the sample size and date.
- Nobody can guarantee that an AI assistant recommends your business; we measure whether it can read and use your site.
With a paid plan
- Monthly deep audit and agent simulation on your contact or quote flow
- Tasks with ready code (for example Organization or LocalBusiness JSON-LD) and a “Check” button that re-measures
- AI visibility measurement for questions your customers ask
Questions from service businesses
Will the agent send us a message?
No. It reaches your contact or quote form, reads which fields it asks for, types nothing and never submits it.
We don’t publish prices. Is that a problem?
Not necessarily. The pricing check also passes with a pricing or packages page, prices in the page or its structured data, or a “how it works” page linked from the home page. If none of these is there, the check shows it as missing.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. We only read public pages. You add the fixes yourself, or with your web agency.
