For agencies and partners who look after online stores
If you build, run or advise online stores: what the agency panel does today, what you can use without an agency account, what isn’t available yet, and how to apply.
Who this is for
- E-commerce and web agencies
- Platform partners and implementers (Shopify, ikas, Ticimax, IdeaSoft, T-Soft, WooCommerce)
- SEO and marketing consultants working on AI search
The agency panel
Agency accounts are opened by our team. Once yours is active, these work in your panel:
Portfolio of your clients
Every client project linked to your agency in one sortable table: score, level, 30-day change, critical blockers, last re-check, plan and alerts. Each row opens that store’s own panel, where you work on tasks and re-checks.
Access only where you are linked
You see only the projects linked to your agency. Your client can remove your access at any time from their own panel; you can’t buy plans or change the client’s team.
Add a client by domain
Opening a project for a new domain sends nothing to the client. If you want, invite them as the project’s admin; only then does an email go out. A domain that already has a project is linked by our team, not from your panel.
Your brand on the executive report
When you open a client’s executive report (Print → PDF), it shows your agency name and logo instead of Specoria. Logo: PNG or JPEG, up to 200 KB. A small “Measured with Specoria” line is on by default and you can turn it off.
Referral link and records
You get a referral link. Leads that arrive through it, and clients you added, are listed with their payment status. This is a record only: any commission is paid manually, and the panel never pays anything automatically.
What you can use without an agency account
Everything below is live and works without a partner agreement.
Free test for any client site
No sign-up and no email: run it on a client’s store and share the result link.
Sample report and method
A real, dated sample report and every check with its weight, to show clients what is measured and how.
How the free test works
The full scoring rules, critical blockers and what the test can’t see.
Platform fix guides
Where to make each fix on the main platforms; read-only guides.
Agent simulator
Send AI agents through a client’s store in a real browser; they stop at checkout.
Your client’s own project panel
Each store has its own panel and plan at list price; the client can also invite you as a team member.
Not available yet
We say this plainly so nobody plans around something that doesn’t exist:
- A white-label panel: the panel itself stays Specoria-branded.
- A white-label deep audit PDF: the audit report we email stays Specoria-branded; only the executive report carries your brand.
- Automatic commission payouts, reseller pricing or partner discounts.
- Buying plans on a client’s behalf from the agency panel.
- A partner API.
Apply for an agency account
Tell us about your agency. Our team opens agency accounts and links existing client projects; writing to us doesn’t sign you up for anything.
Apply for an agency account → contact@specoria.com
This opens a short form; your request goes to our team and we only use your details to reply.
Questions
Can I manage several clients in one place?
Yes, with an agency account: your portfolio lists every client project linked to your agency, and each one opens its own panel. Our team opens the account and links existing projects; you can add new clients by domain yourself.
Is there a partner discount or commission?
There is no partner discount; plans are at list price. The panel records clients who come through your referral link and their payment status. Any commission is agreed separately and paid manually; nothing is paid automatically.
Can I put my agency’s brand on the reports?
On the executive report, yes: when you open it through your agency access, your name and logo (PNG or JPEG, up to 200 KB) replace Specoria, with an optional “Measured with Specoria” line. The panel and the deep audit PDF stay Specoria-branded.
Can my client remove my access?
Yes. The client’s admin or commercial lead can remove your agency’s access from their own panel at any time.
